Problem

Enterprise customers of a large survey and feedback platform needed to analyse big response sets by specific questions and answers, on a legacy Zend and Vue.js codebase.

What I built

  • Elasticsearch reporting with filters by question and answer type across large response sets.
  • Report building with charts and graphs on the filtered data.
  • The SMS campaign delivery flow on Twilio, and workflow automation that applies custom campaign settings to surveys from the visual builder.
  • Survey theme selection and other features across the Zend back end and Vue.js front end.

Result

Shipped reporting, SMS campaigns and workflow automation on a platform used by enterprise customers.
