    Senior engineer on the core team of a US consumer lender, building its loan origination and servicing platform end to end. · Remote

    • Built a multi-agent LLM underwriting reviewer that runs alongside the rules engine, with CI evaluation baselines and champion/challenger benchmarking.
    • Added AI paystub screening before Plaid verification: vision-model extraction, deterministic checks and automated upload with Playwright.
    • Designed ACH and card payment state machines for NSF and return codes, retries, split payments, write-offs and collections handoff.
    • Co-developed Twilio Flex plugin features in React and TypeScript (outbound call queue, customer history, caller verification) and moved AI reply drafting into a Laravel Nova copilot.
    • Built the real-time layer on Laravel Reverb and Echo, plus a Node.js WebSocket server that streams AI answers into the admin panel.
    • Built Laravel Nova back-office features: custom Vue 3 tools, dashboards, metrics and operations actions.
